Point A Hotels - Case Study
Kloth Studio worked with Queensway hotel group to redesign uniforms for 15 hotels across the UK. At Point A, they aim to deliver heartfelt hospitality to everyone, no matter their budget. They define and customise their hotel offering to provide the best possible experience and value to guests. With this in mind Kloth Studio worked hand in hand with the folks at Queensway group to design uniforms, that would elevate their look as well as use fabrics that made employees feel comfortable.
Uniforms was considered to be an extension of their brand. The Marketing team, along with Kloth Studio designers had put together 4 sets of shirts for both men and women, and dresses for the hostess. The concept was that employees would have a collection of uniforms in their wardrobe and they could wear clothes from within that. This helped keep things fresh and unique for both customers and employees. The uniforms were designed based on European sizes to reflect the right image and comfort for the brand and employees. The project went live within 4 weeks of design and delivery of uniforms.
